Shipping Options

All of our orders can be shipped via FedEx Ground and FedEx expedited 2 days delivery.

Shipping Method

NOTE: Vitacareworld.com ships to all 50 U.S. States via FedEx ground for a standard charge of $5.20 + $0.40 per additional item. Vitacareworld.com processes orders in the order in which they are received. Our goal is to process and ship your order within 2–5 days of receipt. FedEx delivers Monday–Friday. Please allow 1–3 days for order processing and maximum of 5 days for shipping.

Shipping Time

You can expect to receive your order within 5–10 business days with FedEx ground shipping and within 4 business days with FedEx expedited 2 days delivery. Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons (December) and on high volume orders. Vitacare is not responsible for any shipping delays by carriers.

Recommendation

  • FedEx does not deliver to PO Box addresses in the US. We recommend shipping to an address for successful delivery of your order.
  • For multiple addresses, please provide separate orders for each individual address.
  • For Alaska, Hawaii, PR, and all other US territories, we recommend shipping with FedEx Ground.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally at the moment. If you are a retailer outside the US, please contact us for more information at info@vitacareworld.com.

Order Confirmation

Once you have placed your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you. You will be provided an order tracking number allowing you to check on the delivery status of your order.

Undeliverable Packages

All undelivered packages will be treated as returns. We are not able to reship packages returned by carriers. Please make sure to consider and provide a correct shipping address.
